Position Summary/Requirements: Certified Diabetes Educator, providing diabetes education in both a group
and 1:1 setting. Must have 15 contact hours within the past year in diabetes

individualized diabetes self management education/training to individuals
and groups according to the Scope of Practice, Standards of Practice,
and Standards of Professional performance for Diabetes Educators.

Technologist and 2 or more years of experience in CT or MRI for a Rad
Tech III. Rad Tech IV requires 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
with two years of experience in CT or MRI, or one year of experience in
CT & MRI with ARRT certification in each modality. Current Basic Life
Support (CPR-BLS), California State Radiology Technologist certificate
